Airport Shuttle Service – Shared Ride

Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Reservation

Reservations must be made at least two (2) days before the scheduled date via:

2. Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking.

3. Cancellation Policy

More than 48 hours before service: 50% of total charged

48 hours or less before service: 100% charged, no refund

No-show: 100% charged, no refund

4. Liability

Green Express One shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings, or for any delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to vehicle breakdown, weather conditions, road traffic, road closures, accidents, or acts of God. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

5. Luggage Allowance

Free allowance per passenger: maximum 2 pieces of luggage and 1 hand-carry bag.

Maximum luggage weight: 50 lbs each. Maximum luggage dimensions: L+W+H = 62 inches.

Maximum hand-carry bag weight: 15 lbs. Maximum hand-carry bag dimensions: 22" x 14" x 9" (45 inches total).

Box-form baggage is considered overweight/oversized.

Extra baggage: $20 per piece.

Oversized or overweight items: $20 per piece.

Unusual or fragile luggage must be declared and confirmed in advance. Undeclared items will be rejected.

6. Check-in & Wait Time

Please arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. The driver waits a maximum of 5 minutes past the scheduled time. The Company reserves the right to change the schedule at any time.

7. Underage Passengers

Passengers under 18 years old traveling alone must present a signed consent form from a parent or legal guardian. Per PA/NJ/NY law, children under 8 must use an appropriate car seat. The client must provide their own car seat or rent one from us for $15 per day. Service will be refused if a proper car seat is not available, and no refund will be issued.

8. Conduct

Smoking, vaping, alcohol, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited in all vehicles per PA, NJ, and NY law. Violation incurs a minimum $250 cleaning fee. The customer is liable for any damage caused to the vehicle interior. A minimum $500 fee applies for vomit or bodily fluid incidents.

9. Gratuity

Tips are appreciated. Recommended gratuity: $5 per person.

10. Price

All prices are subject to change. The fare confirmed at the time of booking will be honored. A fuel surcharge may apply if gas prices increase by more than 15% after the booking is made.

Private Transportation — Terms and Conditions

Private Transfer Service

1. Booking & Reservation

Last-minute bookings (within 2 days) are subject to availability and a 20% surcharge.

2. Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking.

3. Cancellation Policy

7+ days before service: 80% refund

72 hours to 7 days before service: 50% of total charged

Less than 72 hours before service: 100% charged, no refund

No-show: 100% charged, no refund

4. Service Options

Half-day, full-day, multi-day, airport transfer, and as-directed service are available. Minimum hours and rates are confirmed at the time of booking.

5. Included Mileage, Overtime & Additional Charges

150 free miles per 8-hour day, or 20 miles per hour for hourly charters.

Excess mileage: $3.50 per mile for Sprinter Van, $2.50 per mile for SUV/Sedan.

Overtime beyond the agreed duration: $70 per hour for Sprinter Van, $50 per hour for SUV/Sedan, billed in 30-minute blocks. Overtime applies when the trip exceeds the booked duration, regardless of cause, unless caused solely by the driver.

Service continuing after 12:00 AM is billed as the next day.

Overtime, additional stops not on the pre-approved itinerary, extended waiting time, tolls, parking fees, and itinerary changes requested by the client may all result in additional charges. These charges will be confirmed with the client whenever possible and itemized on the final invoice.

6. Waiting Time Policy

Address pickup: 5 minutes of free wait time is included.

Airport pickup: 60 minutes of free wait time from the actual flight landing time is included, with flight tracking provided.

Additional wait time beyond the free allowance: $1.50 per minute, billed in 15-minute increments.

Any wait time caused by the client after the free allowance has expired will be added to the final invoice.

7. Tolls, Parking & Client Charges

The customer is responsible for all tolls, parking fees, NYC Congestion Pricing, airport fees, and entrance fees incurred during the service. Receipts will be provided. For charters exceeding 6 hours, the client must provide a meal for the driver, or a $20 meal allowance applies.

8. Service Area & Itinerary

Our service is based in Philadelphia and serves destinations within a 450-mile radius, including New York, New Jersey, Washington, D.C., and Niagara Falls. All routes and stops require pre-approval. Last-minute changes: $25 reroute fee plus subject to driver availability. Driver may refuse unsafe destinations. Per DOT regulations, driver maximum 10 hours on-duty per day. Overnight driver accommodation $150/night applies if more than 100 miles from Philadelphia base.

9. Vehicle Selection

The vehicle type requested is a preference. If unavailable, a similar or upgraded vehicle may be substituted at no extra cost.

10. Vehicle Capacity & Passenger Limits

Each vehicle has a maximum passenger capacity set by the manufacturer and DOT regulations. This capacity is strictly enforced for safety and insurance purposes. Approximate capacities:

Luxury Sedan: up to 3 passengers

SUV: up to 6 passengers

Sprinter Van: up to 12 passengers

Exceeding the passenger limit will result in refusal of service at pickup with no refund. Infants and children count toward the passenger total. The client must book a vehicle appropriate for their group size. If the group size exceeds the booked vehicle's capacity, the trip will be cancelled without refund.

11. Luggage

Luggage capacity is based on the vehicle booked. Approximate capacity: Sprinter Van up to 14 suitcases; SUV up to 4 suitcases. There is no charge for extra baggage or oversized/overweight items; however, all luggage must fit within the vehicle's safe capacity. Large or unusual items must be declared at the time of booking.

15. Gratuity

Industry standard gratuity is 18-20%. An 18% gratuity may be automatically added for groups of 6 or more passengers.

All prices are subject to change. The fare confirmed at the time of booking will be honored. A fuel surcharge may apply if gas prices increase by more than 15% after the booking is made.
